    and I, now i love "Kid Loco", the French musician.  it's crazy.


    ill someday buy his CDs and listen to them with my BOSE speaker, haha* :D  he has something gloomy, and somethig maniacal.  they tickle my heart.

       today ill introduce my new watch.  my mother's friend, a very kind French woman gave me as a present.  i havent have any watch since i lost my expensive one that my mother bought for me :(.  but for her, i can work with this nice watch!

    today ill introduec very helpful item!  it's ROIHI salve.  i often have a stiff neck :(.  but this item give me some rest from the bad stiff neck!



    last night i used eight sheets, put sheets on my sholder, especially painful point.  then it gradually warms the point, and removes the pain.  i've never meet such effective item ;D!  i cant give it up.  i really recomend this item for all who have a stiff neck. 

    recently, i had some bad days.... :(  so i went shopping with my friend's mother for a change of pace :D!  we looked around several stores for 3hours.  BEAMS, FORUS, PARCO, S-PAL　and LOFT...  weeeei i havent go shopping for a while, so it was fun :)!

    finally, i bought this short shirt at Ciaopanic (in PARCO), 6,600yen



it is blue with cute light blue spots♥  though it is for men, i like it very much.  this shirt goes well with simple pants, black or white. 

    i had good time, thanx for Kumi chan :D. 

    recently i prefer TEAS' TEA.  they are "ginger & milk tea" & "bergamotto & orange tea".  i like these :).  in fact, i got each of these less than 100 YEN at coop next to my house ;P. 

   oh, but before going to bed, i had the herb tea "Good Night", so it's time to go to bed.  haha*  as smell "sweet orange"....  let's forget some little bad things

    to sleep well, i got items:D!  (i cant sleep well recent days...;(  they are herb tea "Good Night" from Sri Lanka & essential oil "sweet orange" from America. 




    today ill brew this tea & impregate cotton with essential oil♥  Good Night :)
    

    do u know spicy oil used to season Chinese food :P?  i like it veeery much!  & always i eat Chinese meat dumpling, i use it sooo much!  that is, i like hot dishes....  haha*

    by the way, my friend gave me this "eating spicy oli" the other day.
 


    eating but it is oil?  yes, they say "it matches of course Chinese meat dumpling, Chinese noodle, rice, salad, tofu, udon, natto & pasta etc....".  this spicy oil includes not only red pepper but a lot of fried-garlic, fried-onion, etc., so it has more ingredients than ordinary spicy oil.

    i tried it on rice....  Wow it is yummy!  i like this taste :D!  i hear that this eating spicy oil is recent days' trend!  so i recommend it for those who prefer spicy food!

    today i introduce my favorite book, the earth.






    i really respect the author, Satoshi Kako.  he doesnt look at phenomenon partically.  he tries to look synthetically.  few scientists try to do so....  but i think this is most important thing.... for the universe & us, human beings.

    this book enables me to think about various things, macro to micro things, synthetically.  it is important for me, so i repeat reading this book, especially at night :D  it is veeeery interesting!






    thank u Mr. Kako, i want to see u very much.  & thank u my mother, who presented this wonderful book to me.

i ate this with yoghurt.



it's very very yummy!  i hope this jam will not run out forever.  haha* 

this chocolate is the best taste i have ever ate :D!  mmm how delicious they are!
